Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Recommended for time-sensitive orders
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50) – via EMS
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Economical option for non-urgent deliveries

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary based on customs processing in your country.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our products with a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. Please review our requirements below to ensure a smooth return process.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In original packaging with all tags and documentation
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Installed components that show signs of use (cranksets, derailleurs, etc.)
  • Personalized or special order items (custom aero handlebars, specific size combinations)
  • Clearance items marked as final sale

Returns Process

  1. Initiate Your Return

    Email our support team at [email protected] with:

    • Your order number
    • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
    • Reason for return
    • Whether you prefer refund or exchange
  2. Receive Authorization

    Within 48 hours, we’ll email:

    • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
    • Return shipping instructions
    • For exchanges: confirmation of product availability
  3. Ship Your Return

    Package items securely and include:

    • Completed return form (will be provided)
    • Copy of your invoice
    • RMA number clearly visible on package

    Important: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. For international returns, mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees.

  4. Processing

    Allow 3-5 business days for processing after we receive your return. You’ll receive email confirmation when:

    • Your refund is issued
    • Your exchange is shipped (with new tracking information)

Exchange Policy

For size exchanges (24-Inch to 29-Inch wheels, 650B to 700c, etc.):

  • We’ll ship the replacement once we receive your return
  • Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed
  • Free return shipping for exchanges of the same product in different sizes

Refund Information

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. The refund method depends on your original payment:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 24-48 hours to reflect in your account

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of incorrect or defective items.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your SRAM component arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage/defect
  • We’ll arrange prepaid return shipping and expedite your replacement
