Are your components compatible with all bike brands?
Our SRAM components are designed to be compatible with most modern bike frames. However, we recommend checking your bike’s specifications or consulting with a professional mechanic if you’re unsure about compatibility. Some components may require specific adapters or installation techniques.
Do you offer technical support for product installation?
While we don’t provide hands-on installation services, all our components come with manufacturer specifications and installation guides. For complex installations like derailleurs or cranksets, we recommend professional installation at your local bike shop.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website (DHL, FedEx, or EMS depending on your chosen shipping method). Our standard shipping options with DHL/FedEx provide real-time tracking updates throughout the delivery process.
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t entered the shipping process.

Where do you ship from and to which countries?
We ship from our warehouse in Texas, USA (4310 Whiteman Street, Bryan, TX 77807) to over 150 countries worldwide. Some remote areas in Asia may not be serviceable. During checkout, our system will automatically confirm if we can ship to your location.
What are my shipping options and costs?
We offer two shipping methods:

How long does order processing take?
We process all orders within 1-2 business days. During this time, our team carefully picks, tests (when applicable), and packs your components with the same care we’d want for our own bikes. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your package leaves our facility.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the delivery date. To be eligible for return:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- You must contact us first at [email protected] to initiate the return
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
How do I initiate a return?
To start a return:
- Email our Texas-based support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We’ll provide return instructions and address
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund (excluding original shipping costs)
Do you offer exchanges?
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return the original item (following our return policy) and place a new order for the item you want.
